One topic. One session. One step forward. Group therapy is held twice daily — morning (10:00 AM – 11:30 AM) and afternoon (2:00 PM – 3:30 PM) — and every session is designed to help clients learn, practice, and grow.
How Every Session Works
We discuss one topic at a time in group, one by one: Learn — Share — Practice — Support — Grow — Succeed.
A Clear Goal
Each topic has a goal, why we learn it at the BHRF, and a clear clinical definition.
Practice at the Facility
Every topic includes real examples of how we practice the skill here — in groups, in 1:1 sessions, and in daily life.
Real Life After Discharge
Each session connects the skill to a real-life scenario — at work, at home, and in the community.
Open Discussion
Five open discussion questions per topic invite every client to participate and reflect.
